Ciao ragazzi! L'estate sta finendo, le vacanze purtroppo stanno giungendo al termine e ho pensato di proporvi questa meta proprio per chiudere la stagione estiva in bellezza.
Ho sempre pensato che il lago sia un posto noioso e da vecchi, ma grazie alla gita di tre giorni che ho fatto a giugno (e che è di ispirazione a questo post), mi sono totalmente ricreduta! Scoprirete perché...
GIORNO 1
GARDALAND - 36 € (entrata parco + pranzo)
Non è mai troppo tardi per tornare un po' bambini...soprattutto se scaricate sul sito http://www.gardaland.it/resort/ il coupon che vi farà pagare 30€ anzichè 37,50 (qui troverete anche un utilissimo buono per pranzare a 6€ a persona in una delle tante strutture all'interno del parco divertimenti).
VILLAFRANCA DI VERONA - 60/80 € a camera doppia
Vi consiglio di passare la notte nell'Albergo Corte Antica (http://www.tripadvisor.it/Hotel_Review-g670667-d1736282-Reviews-Albergo_Corte_Antica-Villafranca_di_Verona_Province_of_Verona_Veneto.html ), situato nella via principale di Villafranca a pochi passi dal castello Scaligero.
La proprietaria è molto gentile, l'hotel è pulitissimo e nuovo, e la colazione, con una serie infinita di torte fatte in casa, è strepitosa!
Da provare anche La Mongolfiera B&B o l'Hotel San Pietro, entrambi situati a Villafranca di Verona.
Tutti e tre gli hotel sono sulla stessa fascia di prezzo.
CENA - 20/25 € a testa
Se volete assaporare un po' di tipica cucina veneta, andate alla Trattoria El Pirlar, appena fuori Villafranca.
Se invece non volete usare la macchina, vicino al centro storico passate al Ristorante Ai Tre Volti o, un pochino più caro, al Ristorante Cavour.
GIORNO 2
Dopo una bella colazione, potete fare una passeggiata per Villafranca per vedere il parco del castello (date un'occhiata a questo sito http://www.5gig.it/castello-scaligero-di-villafranca-sale-34403, molto spesso all'interno delle mura vengono organizzati dei bei concerti!).
In macchina poi potete raggiungere LAZISE, un paesino che si affaccia proprio sul lago di Garda (e dove i parcheggi sono gratuiti, da non sottovalutare!).
Se siete amanti delle terme, perché allora non rilassarsi alle Terme di Colà?
Acquistando il biglietto online, pagherete l'ingresso solo 20€, e le terme sono aperte dalle 9 di mattina all'una di notte durante la settimana e alle 2 nei giorni festivi!
Se sauna, bagno turco e piscine idromassaggio non fanno per voi, vi consiglio di godervi il lago in una delle tante spiaggete che ci sono in zona Lazise.
SAN PIETRO IN CARIANO - 60/80 € a notte per camera doppia
E' giunta l'ora di addentrarsi nella Valpolicella. A 16 km da Lazise troverete il paesino di San Pietro in Cariano.
Vi propongo i seguenti hotel per la fascia di prezzo indicata: l'Hotel Florivana, a conduzione familiare, semplice e pulito, ideale per passare una notte; oppure il Vivaldi B&B o La Colombara B&B.
CENA - 20/25€ a testa
Per cenare, l'Osteria Alla Pieve, soprattutto se siete amanti della carne buona, o la Trattoria Rosa.
GIORNO 3
A 13 km dal paesino di San Pietro, ecco la ciliegina sulla torta della vostra vacanza: il Parco delle Cascate di Molina.
Il biglietto d'entrata costa 5€ e vi potrete concedere una mattinata in totale relax in mezzo alla natura, tra sentieri (niente di troppo impegnativo eh!), torrenti e cascate.
Vi consiglio di portarvi il pranzo al sacco, all'interno del parco c'è un'area pic-nic attrezzata, e poi vi potrete concedere un bel sonnellino al fresco; se invece volete godervi qualche altra specialità della tradizione veneta, ecco che proprio in paese c'è la trattoria Du Scalini.
Ragazzi, spero di essere stata in qualche modo utile, il budget per questa vacanza è di 150/200 €; ora non mi resta che augurarvi...BON VOYAGE!

Garda's Lake and Valpolicella
Hi guys! The summer is finishing, unfortunately the holidays are getting to end and I thought to propose this destination just to end on a high note the summer season.
I always thought that the lake is a boring and for old people place, but thanks to the three days trip that i did in June ( it is the inspiration of this post), I changed my mind! You will discover why...
DAY 1
GARDALAND - 36 € (ticket for the park+lunch)
It is never too late to become again children... especially if you will download from the website http://www.gardaland.it/resort/ the coupon: you will pay 30€ instead of 37,50€ ( here you will find also a very useful coupon to have lunch for 6€ per person in one of the several restaurants inside the amusement park).
VILLAFRANCA DI VERONA - 60/80 € for double room
I suggest to spend the nigh at Albergo Corte Antica ( http://www.tripadvisor.it/Hotel_Review-g670667-d1736282-Reviews-Albergo_Corte_Antica-Villafranca_di_Verona_Province_of_Verona_Veneto.html ), it is in the main street of Villafranca, near the Castello Scaligero.
The owner is very kind, the hotel is very clean and new, and the breakfast, with several hand made cakes, is amazing!
You could try also La Mongolfiera B&B o l'Hotel San Pietro in Villafranca.
All three the hotels are on the same price range.
DINNER - 20/25 € per head
If you want taste a bit the typical venetian cooking, you will go to Trattoria El Pirlar, near Villafranca.
If you don't want use the car, near the historical centre you will find Ristorante Ai Tre Volti and Ristorante Cavour, a little bit more expensive.
DAY 2
After a big breakfast, I suggest to take a walk in Villafranca to see the castle's park ( look this website http://www.5gig.it/castello-scaligero-di-villafranca-sale-34403, there are very often beautiful concerts inside the walls!).
By car, you could go to LAZISE, a little village on the Garda's Lake ( and the parking is free, it is very important!).
If you love SPA, why don't you have relax in Terme di Colà?
If you buy the ticket online, you will pay only 20€, and the SPA is opened from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. during the week and to 2 a.m. during the weekend!
If you don't like sauna, turkish bath and hydromassage pools, I recommend you to enjoy the lake in one of the several little beaches near Lazise.
SAN PIETRO IN CARIANO - 60/80 € for double room
It's time to go inside the Valpolicella. 16 km from Lazise, there is the village of San Pietro in Cariano.
I suggest these hotels for the price range indicated: the Hotel Florivana, a family-owned hotel, easy and clean, suitable to spend a night; either the Vivaldi B&B or La Colombara B&B.
DINNER - 20/25€ per head
To have dinner I recommend the Osteria Alla Pieve, especially if you love meat, or the Trattoria Rosa.
DAY 3
13 Km from San Pietro, there is the cherry on the cake of your holiday: the Waterfall Park of Molina.
The ticket costs 5 € and you could allow yourself a moment's rest in the nature, between pathways ( not too much challenging!), creeks and waterfalls.
I suggest to take a packed lunch, inside the park there is an organized pic-nic area, and then you could have a nap and enjoy the cool breeze; instead, if you want taste other venetian specialities, in Molina there is the trattoria Du Scalini.
